Construction Management
The key to successful construction management is proper monitoring of schedules and budgets. As owner representation we can guide a project from start to finish. At RJG, we first assist the owner in selecting a qualified contractor. Then, we create and maintain an excellent working relationship between the selected contractor and the owner. This is accomplished by immediately involving the contractor in schedule creation.
We manage timely reporting from the contractor, any outside equipment purchases, and we control change orders. It's through this method we can properly protect our customers through the construction process.
